Requirements :
- Education min. bachelor degree (S1) from any major
- GPA min. 2,75
- Age max. 27 years in February 2011
- Able to work under pressure
- Having English skills both orally and in writing
- Having experience of the organization
- Having analytical ability, communication and good interpersonal relations
- Having the ability to sell a good and interested in the marketing area
- Willing to be placed in all operating areas of Bank Syariah Mandiri
- Willing not to marry during the MDP education at Bank Syariah Mandiri
